Description:

After upgrading from Winshuttle Studio version 12.x to 20.1, there is an issue where Microsoft Office Access is no longer accessible. An error message with code 1907 (refer to the appendix) is displayed, indicating a permission error for font installation. As a result, it is no longer possible to directly open Access from Winshuttle Studio.

Immediate Workaround:

The root cause of this problem lies in the incorrect installation of Access fonts, rather than being an issue with Winshuttle. We recommend asking the customer to refer to the following article, make the necessary adjustments according to the instructions provided, and then test the scenario again.
