Instructions:

Procedure to Upgrade Evolve, SQL Server, and Windows OS

1. Begin by upgrading Evolve to version 20.3 while keeping the current operating system (Win 2019) intact.
2. Proceed to upgrade the operating system to Win 2022. Firstly, upgrade SQL Server, and then upgrade the Evolve server and workers.
3. Retain SQL Server 2019 as it is, as SQL Server 2022 is currently not supported.
4. Thoroughly test the functionality of Evolve version 20.3. If any issues arise during testing, raise a support ticket for assistance.
