Solution:

To obtain this information, you can directly retrieve it from the database by logging into the SQL DB. Locate the “dbo.auditlog” table and export the data to Excel. Please note that there is no option to generate this report from the Evolve user interface. After extracting the records, right-click on them and select “Save as” to save the file.
