Is it true that in order to assign someone to a swimlane, we now need to add the user to Evolve first? Previously, we could assign users from the SharePoint User Information list. My understanding is that we currently need to add the user to Evolve first, and then we can proceed with assigning them to a swimlane. Can you confirm if this assumption is correct?

That’s correct, User must be added to Evolve and should have access to the “App” to participate in a process.
