Instructions:
The problem arose after upgrading MS Office. The problem is specific to cases where Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled. No path is available under the “XML Configuration File on Server” option in SAP. Only one version of MS Office is installed on the same PC. The DLL file (sapcrypto.dll) is located in the path mentioned in the error message: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\FrontEnd\SecureLogin\lib.

To address the issue with Journal Entry, you need to manually add the path obtained by following the steps outlined in the provided resolution. Add this path in the JE AppOption file, which is typically saved in the following location: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\WinShuttle\JournalEntry.
Additionally, it is necessary to upgrade the SSO version to version 3. You can find the upgrade instructions at this link: https://support.oneidentity.com/authentication-services/kb/90368.
Ensure that the SAP GUI version being used is supported.
